Experience
Lorilee was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Australian Capital Territory in 2009. After admission she decided to move to Western Australia to join a firm in the South West region. She practiced in the areas of commercial law and general litigation, criminal law and deceased estates.

Lorilee joined Culshaw Miller Lawyers (formerly Marks & Sands Lawyers) in 2010 to practice Family Law exclusively. She was involved in all aspects of financial and children’s proceedings. Lorilee has represented clients in major financial cases of which some involve trusts and farming disputes. She has acted on behalf of clients in all children’s welfare matters including allegations of child abuse.

Lorilee now practices at Culshaw Miller Lawyers in their commercial department providing legal advice in general corporate and commercial matters and general litigation.

Prior to being admitted as a solicitor, Lorilee worked extensively in publishing, public relations, marketing and advertising. With this diverse background in both law and non-legal related occupations, Lorilee can provide a pragmatic and solution focused approach with her clients.
