Areas of Practice

All aspects of financial and child-related family law matters, including:

– Divorce applications
– De facto relationships, including same-sex relationships
– Property matters
– Parenting arrangements and visitations
– Adoptions
– Restraining Orders

Mary graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick (Ireland) in 2010.

Mary completed her Bachelor of Laws equivalence studies at Murdoch University in June 2013 and graduated with a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in February 2014.

Mary was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in April 2014.

Since being admitted to practise, Mary has practised exclusively in the area of family law and has a particular interest in children’s and property matters.

Mary is currently studying her Masters of Law (Family Law) with the College of Law.

Mary’s interests include Gaelic football, Camogie, horse riding and travelling.  She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
