Sangeeta graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2012.

Sangeeta brings her knowledge of private client Wills, Estates and Trust experience she gained from national private trustee and financial advisory companies. Her experience includes drafting and providing advice in relation to all aspects of estate planning including wills, enduring powers of attorney, enduring powers of guardianship, advance health directives and review of Superannuation Binding Death Benefit Nominations.

Her experience in the management of Deceased Estates ensures that all estate assets are dealt with  in a sound and commercial  way , be it local or international assets . She also has knowledge in acting in relation to trust matters, including the review, amendments and preparations of trust deeds for discretionary trusts to ensue all legislative compliance and fiduciary obligations are met.

Sangeeta aims to provide a professional and bespoke service to ensure that the needs of clients are managed with care and efficiency while delivering outcomes in line with individual circumstances.
