Matthew graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in 2021, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia the same year
Before joining Culshaw Miller Lawyers in 2022, Matthew worked as a law clerk and then as a law graduate, for a full-service law firm in Perth. Here, Matthew gained a wide breadth of knowledge in the practise of commercial, estates and most recently, family law. Matthew also gained valuable experience working under a leading Western Australian estates litigation practitioner.
Matthew works with our Wills and Estates, and Commercial Team. He has a particular interest in contested wills and estate litigation, including Family Provision Act claims. Matthew’s experience in many areas of the law means he is able to adapt a unique holistic strategy to achieve optical outcomes for his clients, whether it be a commercial transaction or complex litigation.
Matthew prides himself on his empathetic and approachable nature, whilst ensuring his clients are offered an effective legal solution tailored to their matter.
