Professional Experience
Kathleen graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2017 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019. She is also admitted to the High Court of Australia.
Prior to admission, Kathleen practised as a paralegal and conveyancer, developing significant practical experience and a strong working knowledge of property law and conveyancing matters.
Kathleen commenced employment with Culshaw Miller Lawyers in January 2026 as a member of the Property Team. While her primary focus is property law, she also has extensive experience in commercial practice. This combined experience enables Kathleen to bring a holistic and commercially minded perspective to advising clients.
Kathleen is recognised for her thorough and methodical approach, and for providing clear, considered advice across a broad range of property and commercial matters.
