Charles started with Culshaw Miller Lawyers in 2010 and acts and advises in commercial and litigation matters.

Charles acts for clients in commercial disputes in the Supreme, District and Federal Courts and is typically responsible for advising clients on the merits of their case, formulating case strategies, preparing pleadings, arguing interlocutory applications, getting matters ready for trial and instructing counsel at trial.

His focus is on successfully resolving matters in a timely, cost-efficient and effective manner.  Charles also advises clients on employment matters including unfair dismissal, general protections disputes and restraint of trade and has experience in advising clients on corporate matters including breach of contract, directors’ duties, confidentiality and a range of other commercial arrangements.
